Free Distribution of DSM-CC Software, MHEG5 Engine
and H.261/263 Software CODEC

GCL (Graphics Communication Laboratories) is happy to announce that
GCL is ready to distribute DSM-CC and MHEG-5 engine software that
are compliant to the latest ISO/IEC 13818-6 and ISO/IEC 13522-5 standards,
and DAVIC specifications. They can be downloaded from GCL web page with
free of charge.
High-speed H.261/263 software encoder and decoder that are compliant
to ITU-T recomendations are also available.
You can download and evaluate the following software as executable binary
files, without source codes.
- DSM-CC Server System Software,
- DSM-CC Client Lib. + MHEG-5 Engine Software
- Stand-alone (without DSM-CC) MHEG-5 Engine Software
- H.261 / H.263 software encoder / decoder
These software are Free of Charge, with the following conditions:
- Expire on April 24, 1997
- No warranty
- No reverse engineering etc.
