MHEG 6 Information

please find below a message from Jon Piesing on MHEG-6 issues, from the
SC29WG12 list. I believe, that this is of relevance for MHEG-5 as well,
since it deals with the MHEG-6/5 API. If you are not related to MHEG-6
or on the proper other maillist, you may ignore this forward.
