SetData can be used for other ingredients, such as Text, or Bitmap.

That is easy: You can change during runtime of the ingredient the
content data. For example, you have a Text displaying an useful
information, such as the title of the currently running video. If the
next movie starts, you can change the displayed text without creating a
new text object. That is convenient for the author, and it saves
bandwidth.
