There are two answers from my side:
* Please check out the MHEG-7 standardisation effords
* Please contact the MHEG Centre
For the first I am not sure about the most recent development, since the
recent MHEG meeting in Sidney has not yet provided minutes or a short
report. I think we will receive such very soon.
For the second I can provide the following: http://www.mheg-sc.org/
Behind that a consortium of well known (european) companies is going to
establish a real MHEG expertise centre which includes conformance test
for applications and systems. The centre is going to "open" and to offer
services end of this year. MSC is also mentioned in the MUGs projects
page http://www/ovma/mug/links.html#projects
Of course, if there are perhaps more answers. If anyone knows about
other effords or resources, please let the MHEG-UG know! We have a links
section, which I would like to extend.
As you might see, my company is involved in the MSC project. Therefore,
the answers above are a bit "personally" colored. I hope that this is ok
with the MUGs community, as long as no one is discriminated. Again, I
would like to request those who have some commercial project in the area
of MHEG going on to send information to the MUG and to allow to install
an appropritate link. I think this might help the whole community.
Opinions on that are welcome as well.
