In some sense, you are right, MHEG-5 don't have such a function and
manipulate the object itself. MHEG-1 has the behaviour which the shape
of object is changed by Action during time. But you are in MHEG-5 now,
I know. Anyway I try to solve this problem.

You should use the Timer object and all situation of Bitmap objects
like an animation. If you mean more precise representation of the
object. i.e. 3D rotation of object, and so on. You should use the
RT-Graphics object.
As you know, MHEG-5's scope is description of scene for VoD, so you
should treat the stream, such a time-scaled object.

MHEG-6 provides the another solution for you. You can describe such a
object using Applet Class that is able to access the screen directly,
so you can make the time-rotating object by Java, you will realize the
scene you want to.
