DAVIC has released a CfP for resident programs to control DVB hardware,
in particular to access SI data. On behalf of Deutsche Telekom I have
tried to answer this CfP, following the existing implementation and
application from us. You may remember my previous messages on this
issue.
Since the deadline for submission is today, please find the proposal
RSP2_002 as Zipped RTF here:

The DAVIC internal number 002 suggests that there is (at least) one
other proposal. If the submitter submitts me a copy I would install that
as well.
FYI: There was a previous CFP on resident programs, as you might

incorporated to DAVIC1.3 spec here:
