I don't see any useful features of cloning a link since you can change
neither its eventSource nor its linkEffect. Consequently, I would say that
cloning a link is totally useless. I would only allow to repeat the link
effect actions as many times as there are some clones.
Cloning a link would only have been useful if there were some action to
modify the link object, such as SetLinkEventSource, but I think that it is
definitely too late in the MHEG standardization process to add this kind of
action.
