I regret I can not attend the meeting, but here are some issues to be
discussed. Although most of them are in fact DAVIC's problem, I think
technical solution may be provided by WG 12.

1. ObjectReference
If an ObjectReference starts with "/" such as /scenes/myScene, there can
be two interpretation:
(1)It indicates DSM://appl0/scenes/myScene, where appl0 is the current
application. (According to DAVIC Part9 9.3.3.1)
or
(2)It indicates DSM://scenes/myScene, according to 9.3.3.1.1.

Suggested solution is to forbid omitting the datasource part (DSM:) in case
of full notation (9.3.3.1).

2. Attribute Encoding
Attributes, such as TransitionEffects and AbsoluteColour(RGB-alpha)
require octets handling. However, there seems no definition on MSB first or
LSB first for those attributes.

3. "octetLengthSearch" in ResidentPrograms
(1)Actual effects by the octetLengthSearch parameter are not clear. For
example, does the stringPosition parameter return the index value divided
by two when the octetLengthSearch is 2? Then, if the string is composed of
both a single octet code and a multioctet code, how do we return the index?

(2)There are multioctet (more than two) codes. The octetLengthSearch should
consider such codes.
