Please make a very clear difference between
-> correction of bugs: things which cannot work in the current version although
they were meant to (so could not be implemented anyway) and are corrected.
In most cases, the correction has already been made by the implementers so
this is just having the standard keep in line with reality.
In cases where people have implemented differently caution should be applied
to achieve real consensus.
This is part of a corrigendum's scope.
-> technical changes: features that can work in the current version
but not in the satisfactory (or intended, or ideal...) way,
or features that do not exist yet but should be added,
or fetures that exist but should be removed.
These are out of scope of the corrigendum.
