You are talking about DynamicLineArtClass, and its Clear action:
OriginalRefFillColour is the back ground color used to draw DynamicLineArt
objects' bounding box.. This attribute can not be changed using an
Elementary Action.
RefFillColor is the color which is used to fill shapes which gets drawn in
reaction of DynamicLineArt class' DrawXYZ actions. The default of
RefFillColor is OriginalRefFillColour , otherwise the two attributes have
nothing to do with each other.
