No, my intention (excuse me for using the word again) is to make the
people who where no involved in the standardisation process aware of
some of our ideas. In addition I posted the text which contains the
formal words of the standard. In my experience, people can understand
much easier if some background is provided together with the pure
words of the document.
Anyway, I posted the addition to chapter 51, so people can follow the
words.
