Can someone confirm which of the contradictory statements in the
corrigendum is correct with regard the side effect of changing the display
position of dynamic line art objects?

mh_n1164 states:

18.2.2
The description shall read:
"These actions [SetPosition,BringToFront,SendToBack,PutBefore and
PutBehind] cause the DynamicLineArt widget to be cleared of all previous
drawings and to be filled with OriginalRefFillColour"

18.13.1
DynamicLineArt objects are unnecessarily cleared everytime one of the
SetPosition,BringToFront,SendToBack,PutBefore and PutBehind elementary
actions is executed.
18.13.2
Remove the restrictions for the
SetPosition,BringToFront,SendToBack,PutBefore and PutBehind elementary
actions of the DynamicLineArt class in subclause 35.4
